In February 2020, non-landed private home prices decline across all three market segments in Singapore, with outside of Central Region (OCR) registering the largest decline of 1.3%, followed by Rest of Central Region (RCR) by 0.8% and lastly the Core Central Region (CCR) by a mere 0.1%. Overall, prices dipped by 0.8% and transaction volume by 13.1% when compared to the previous month.
