Overall private non-landed residential prices dropped marginally by 0.6% in Q2 2020 due to discount dished out by developers. Core central region slipped by an even smaller margin of 0.1% as compared to 2.2% in the previous quarter. This is probably due to the huge discount given for the 13 units sold at 38 Jervois which caveated at almost $400psf lesser than last year. Prices dropped by 1.9% in the rest of the central region after declining 0.5% in the previous quarter and prices remain unchanged in the outside central region although it dropped by 0,4% in the previous quarter.
