Developer’s non-landed private residential sales surged 75% in May during the 2nd month of the circuit breaker. In May, 484 private home were caveated from developer’s sale as opposed to 277 sold in April. Consultant from OrangeTee and Tie highlighted that 90% of the new home sales were located in both outside central region (OCR) and rest of central region (RCR). This is a reversal from previous month when the core central region (CCR) projects accounted for one-third of April’s sales.
